CREATING ENTERTAINMENT WITH JORDAN VOGT-ROBERTS

This comprises of a creative team, including the producers, writers, and a name like Jordan Vogt-Roberts.

Jordan Vogt-Roberts director of many amusing films and series was born on 22nd September 1984 in the United States. He was raised in the Greater Detroit Area, but at the age of 14, he relocated to Arizona. However, in his senior year, he came back to Royal Oak Michigan. He started his career as a producer and a director for the web series Book Club and Memoires of a Manchild. He has also directed a big part of Single Dads.

After putting his imaginativeness on an episode of the series Memoires of a Manchild, he created a short film named Mint in a Box. A year later, he wrote and directed Successful Alcoholics. This short movie was screened in more than 30 film festivals, including the Sundance Film Festival. He has also directed many series including Mash Up, Death Valley, Funny or Die Presents, and You’re the Worst.

The American director made his feature film debut with The Kings of Summer, a comedy-drama film that was premiered in the 2013 Sundance Film Festival. It was also screened in the 2013 Dallas Film Festival where it achieved the Narrative Feature Film Audience Award.



Vogt-Roberts has directed Nick Offerman: American Ham that was premiered in the 2014 Sundance Film Festival. In the year 2017, he came up with Kong: Skull Island that made a global collection of $565 million. He has also directed two commercials named Player Unknown’s Battleground and Destiny 2 and the pilot of the series, The Walking Dead: World Beyond.

Vogt-Roberts is now directing a film for Sony pictures based on the action video game Metal Gear. He carries a passion for video games that he has expressed in many interviews. He also recounted his meeting with Hideo Kojima, the game creator to discuss the making of the movie.

Jordan Vogt Roberts director has become a celebrated name in a short period of time, all because of the series and films that he has presented. His vision to see things more creatively allowed him to play the role of a director, producer, and writer in creating entertainment for his audience.
