Jordan Vogt Robert a television and American Film
director was born in the United States and grew up in the Greater Detroit area.
He is a pass out graduate from Columbia College Chicago in the year 2016.
Jordan loves writing and directing, so he took up his carrier as writer and
director. Practicing his writing and directing skills from childhood to become
one of the reputed writer-directors in the Hollywood industry.
Passionate about film making and TV series tested
his skills in the various set, but later in the year 2009, he starts developing
short stories and small episodes. Memories of a Manchild and Book Club two of
his famous episodes and later in the year, he directed Single Dad episode
(20090-2011).
To be a writer and director in the Hollywood
industry is not easy, but Robert is noted as the best writer and director in
Hollywood winning several awards his carrier. This was possible because of hard
work and love for the industry. During his short time as a writer and director,
he had produced many award-winning episode and films which made people to
admire him.
Jordan Vogt got inspiration from the successful episodes
Manchild (2009-2010), converting into a short film base story in 2009. The
Manchild became so successful which made the viewer involve in a discussion
about his work. He directed another film Successful Alcoholics in 2009 that
became successful which eventually showcase at the Sundance Film Festival and over
thirty other Film Festivals.
His film is loved and watched by people all around
the world, making him one of the youngest directors and entrepreneurs in the
industry. Jordan loves putting new ideas in his film making theory. He has
directed the popular comedy shows showcase at HBO Central’s Mashup and Funny or
Die, Death Valley for MTV’s And You’re the Worst for FX.
His dream debut as Hollywood director came in the
year 2013, by directing “The Kings of Summer” screened at Sundance Film
Festivals and Cleveland International Film Festivals in the same year. This
created history in the Hollywood industry for the best directional debut
winning him an award for the Best Narrative Feature Audience Award at Dallas
International Film Festival in 2013.
After a successful debut in Hollywood as director, Jordan Vogt Roberts gave direction to
the renowned film of 2017 “Kong: The Skull Island” which collected a worldwide
gross collection of $565 million one of the best of that year. He kept on
moving forward with his writing and directing skills giving direction to
numerous series like Metal Gear for Sony Pictures and video games. And he is
looking to carry on his writing and directing skills in the coming years.
