the rest of the production team follow. Being a Hollywood director, Jordan Vogt Roberts has directed a considerable number of movies.

Jordan started
his career by producing and directing episodes of two web series namely,
Memoirs of a Manchild from 2009-2010 and Book Club from 2009-2011. In addition
to this, he also directed many episodes of another web series named ‘Single
Dads’ from 2009 till 2011. With his artistic approach, he directed a short film
in 2009 titled as ‘Mint in a Box’ that was inspired by an episode of the
Memoirs of a Manchild.
Due to the
increase in demand for short films, he got the opportunity to direct the short
film ‘Successful Alcoholics’ in the year 2010. This film was screened at the AFI Fest, Sundance Film Festival and 30 other film festivals.
Some of his other creations include episodes of Funny or Die
Presents MTV's Death Valley, FX's You're the Worst, and Comedy Central's Mash Up.
Jordan Vogt Roberts made his debut as a movie director with the film named ‘The Kings of Summer’, which was
screened at the Cleveland International Film Festival and the Sundance Film Festival. The film was awarded the Narrative Feature
Audience Award at the 2013 Dallas International Film Festival. Later, he directed Kong: Skull Island in 2017, which made over $565 million at the
global box office.
Recently, he has
started directing a film based on the Metal Gear series for Sony Pictures. In
many interviews, he has expressed his passion for video games and
recounted his meeting with Metal Gear creator Hideo Kojima of this
film. All the achievements of Jordan
proves his dedication and passion for the art of direction. He is a very
inspiring person for the people in the film fraternity.
